About Us
Lucas Koziol is a patent attorney. He holds a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Southern California, and has worked as a research chemist at a national lab and a major US energy company. He is a co-author of over 25 peer-reviewed scientific publications and an inventor on four patents.
He has experience drafting and prosecuting hundreds of patents in various industries including oil-and-gas, chemicals, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, batteries, food and beverages, and applications of machine learning and AI.
Dr. Koziol is registered to practice before the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) nationwide, and admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
Imtiaz Billah is a patent agent and holds an MS in organic chemistry from the University of Chicago, and an MA in inorganic chemistry from Johns Hopkins University.
Mr. Billah has worked at IBM and Impossible Foods and is experienced in drafting and prosecuting patents in software, semiconductor, and food and drug industries.
Mr. Billah is registered in the US Patent & Trademark Office.
